Start tracking in a minute
Free, no email, no password. Create your account, pick a habit or two, and connect ChatGPT or Claude if you want to track them by voice.

Three steps
- 1
Create your account
Your account is a Nostr key, generated in your browser. Save it somewhere safe: it's how you sign in on any device, and nobody can recover it for you.
- 2
Add your first habits
Pick a protocol from the catalog (morning light, deep work, a daily walk) or add your own. Start with two or three.
- 3
Connect ChatGPT or Claude
Optional, and it takes a minute. Then say "what's left today?" or "mark meditation done", in chat or by voice.
Good first protocols
Simple, free and backed by evidence. Each one becomes one or two daily habits.
Morning Sunlight Exposure
Five to ten minutes of outdoor light, early. The cheapest circadian lever there is.
Daily Walking Baseline
The aerobic floor. Free, joint-friendly, and hard to argue with.
Deep Work Blocks
One 90-minute undistracted block on the hardest thing you have.
Daily Mindfulness Meditation
Ten minutes of noticing your attention wandered and bringing it back.

Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. The tracker, the protocol catalog and the ChatGPT and Claude connections are free. Liberture is open source.
- Why no email or password?
- Your account is a Nostr key: a secret only you hold. It signs you in on any device that has it, and there's no password database to leak. Save it when it's shown, because it can't be recovered.
- Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?
- No. The tracker works on its own on the web and on your phone. Connecting an assistant adds logging and check-ins by chat or voice.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. It works in any mobile browser and can be installed on your home screen like an app.
- What can the assistant see?
- Only your habit data, within the permissions you choose. Deleting habits is off by default, and you can disconnect any assistant instantly.
